A few months ago, we launched our Bounties feature, which lets you create performance and submission bounties to drive partner engagement.
Since then, over 200 bounties have been created, which culminated in $2.5M worth of payouts sent to partners all across the world.
Today, we're excited to launch a massive update to our Bounties feature: Social Metrics Bounties.
With Social Metrics Bounties, you can reward partners based on the performance of their social posts, which is perfect for influencer and UGC campaigns.
All you need to do is define which platform + metric you want to track performance for, and Dub will handle the rest: tracking, reward calculation, and payouts.
Supported platforms
You can select from the following social platforms when creating a social metrics bounty:
- YouTube
- TikTok
- X/Twitter
For each social platform, you can set a base reward depending on the number of likes/views that your partners' posts get:
When submitting these bounties, partners can only submit a post from a verified account on their profile (to avoid impersonation).
The post they submit must also be created after the bounty has started. This is to avoid partners reusing older content that already has activity.
Adding variable bonus + earnings limits
Additionally, you can also set a variable bonus based on how well their posts perform – e.g. "$50 for each additional 1,000 views".
To make sure you don't blow through your entire marketing budget if one video goes mega viral, you can also set an earnings limit that you would be paying commissions for (e.g. "up to 100,000 views").
