Since we launched Dub Partners earlier this year, one of the most common feature requests has been a built-in email marketing tool.

Imagine being able to send an email push to all your partners about a new product launch you want them to promote, or automatically send a "congratulations" email when your partners get their first referral sale.

Today, we're excited to launch our new Email Campaigns feature – a new way to engage with your partners and drive affiliate conversions.

What are email campaigns?

With Email Campaigns, you can send marketing and transactional emails to your partners to boost partner engagement and increase conversions.

There are 2 types of email campaigns you can create on Dub:

  • Marketing emails
  • Transactional emails

Marketing emails

Marketing emails are one-off campaigns that you send to your partners on an ad-hoc basis. They're great for announcements, product updates, and educational content.

Examples:

  • “Introducing our newest feature 🎯”
  • “Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotion 💸”
  • “Check out our latest blog post or promo video 📹”
  • "5 things our top partners have in common 💡"

Transactional emails

Transactional emails are automated messages triggered by specific partner actions – like joining your program, reaching a revenue milestone, or staying active for a certain period.

Examples:

  • “Welcome to the Acme partner program 🚀”
  • “Congrats on your first sale 🎉”
  • “You’ve crossed $10,000 in commissions 💰”

Deliverability analytics

Once your email campaign is sent, we also track the following stats to help you understand the deliverability and engagement rate of your campaign:

  • Delivered (percentage of emails that were delivered)
  • Opened (percentage of emails that were opened by the partner)
  • Bounced (percentage of emails that bounced – this should ideally be below 4%)

Maximize partner engagement with email campaigns

Ever since we soft-launched email campaigns to our beta testers, we've sent over 420,000 emails to partners on Dub.

Today, we're excited to announce that email campaigns are now live for all Advanced and Enterprise customers on Dub.

To start sending emails to your partners, connect your email domain (preferably a subdomain) and start warming up your domain (to avoid spam filters and improve deliverability).
