In this role you will…
- Respond to customer support tickets and help resolve issues / fix bugs in a timely manner.
- Create support articles and documentation to ensure customers don’t even need to reach out to support in the first place.
- Leverage your understanding of our customers’ pain points to improve our product and make your own job easier.
- Use AI to help improve internal support tooling and workflows as we scale.
You will be a perfect fit if you…
- Have 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (support engineer, technical product advocate, product engineer) at fast-paced startups.
- Are fluent in writing and speaking English + are good at explaining technical concepts to people from different technical backgrounds.
- Know how to use AI to automate your support workflows and operate at scale.
- Are proficient in (or at least familiar with) our tech stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Prisma, MySQL, Clickhouse, Turborepo (see codebase here).
- Have excellent time management and prioritization skills.
You will be an exceptional fit if you also...
- Are a self-starter + have experience wearing multiple hats at a startup – even better if you were a founder before and have experience handling/scaling customer support.
- Have experience with Plain (our core customer support tool) and its GraphQL API.
- Have background working in the following industries: marketing analytics, revenue attribution, link management, and affiliate management.

You must be based in Americas (preferably EST+) / Europe timezone.
We offer a US$100,000 - US$140,000 salary for this role. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience and location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
