In this role you will…
- Design APIs, database schemas, cron jobs, queues, etc. to build powerful features, functionality, and user experiences for our product.
- Improve our infrastructure to handle tens of billions of analytics events per month – from the ingestion, to the storage and materialization of that data.
- Take ownership of projects from conception all the way to shipping, ensuring modular, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- Leverage customer feedback to ship impactful product features.
- Jump in on technical support questions when needed and contribute to technical documentation to improve our developer experience.
- Use AI to help improve internal tooling and workflows as we scale.
You will be a perfect fit if you…
- Have 8+ years of experience in technical roles (e.g., CTO, founding engineer, software engineer, technical product engineer) at fast-paced startups.
- Are proficient in our tech stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Prisma, MySQL, Redis, QStash/Kafka, Clickhouse.
- Are a systems design wizard.
- Are able to take Figma designs and turn them into pixel-perfect UI when building out new product surfaces for Dub.
- Have excellent time management, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Are comfortable collaborating in a fully remote, global team.

You must be based in Americas/Europe timezone.
We offer a $180,000 – $240,000 salary for this role. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
